Polyethylene Products – Low or medium‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is a semi‑permeable, pliable, and very durable polymer widely chosen for its low cost and high resistance. Based on density and chemical properties, polyethylene is classified into different categories. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching type. While properties vary by type, general characteristics include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used to manufacture slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring must have a light‑fastness test value of 6 or higher. Wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts exposed to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shade structures not exposed to pressure. Material distribution must be uniform, producing consistent thickness. Product wall‑thickness and dimensional tolerances are ±5 %. Carrier Construction – Steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in) are cold‑formed in accordance with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, welded by high‑frequency welding, and manufactured within standard tolerances for dimensions and cross‑section ranges. These carrier tubes are sandblasted and then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint. Electrostatic Powder Paint – All metal components are cleaned by sandblasting to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. A fine bead material is sprayed with pressurized air to open pores and remove contaminants before painting. After manufacturing, metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. They then undergo a 10‑minute rinse in a 70 °C, 5 % oil‑removal bath, followed by a 15‑minute dip in a 50 °C, 1 % iron bath. After a final rinse and drying, the components receive a durable polyester powder coating applied outdoors and are baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. All welds are painted in a single coat after welding to prevent corrosion.
