Polyethylene Products – Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in many products. It is a semi‑permeable, pliable, and highly durable polymer that is inexpensive and highly resistant, making it popular in industry. Polyethylene is classified by density and chemical properties; its mechanical characteristics depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. Although properties vary by grade, it generally offers good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used to manufacture slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofing, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring must have a light‑fastness rating of 6 or higher. Material thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) at points subjected to pressure or friction, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shading components that are not load‑bearing. Thickness and dimensions must be uniform with a tolerance of ±5 %. Carrier Construction – Steel tubes with a minimum outer diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in) are cold‑formed to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, welded by high‑frequency welding, and produced within standard tolerance, size, and cross‑section ranges. These tubes are sand‑blasted and then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint. Electrostatic Powder Coating – All metal parts are sand‑blasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are sprayed with compressed air to open pores and clean the metal surface. After fabrication, metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. They then undergo a 10‑minute dip at 70 °C in a 5 % degreasing bath, followed by a 15‑minute dip at 50 °C in a 1 % iron bath, then are rinsed and dried. Finally, the entire assembly is painted in a single coat and baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes to ensure corrosion‑free welds.
