Polyethylene Products – Linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in a variety of products. It is a semi‑permeable, pliable, and highly durable polymer; its low cost and high resistance make it popular in industry. Polyethylene is classified by density and chemical properties. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching type. While characteristics vary by grade, common features include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used to make slides, stairs, handrails, barriers, accessories, roofing, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring must have a light‑fastness rating of 6 or higher. Wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for sections exposed to pressure or friction and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shade structures that are not load‑bearing. Material must be evenly distributed to achieve uniform thickness. Wall‑thickness tolerances and dimensional deviations are ±5 %. Carrier Construction – The carrier structure consists of cold‑formed steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in), made to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes are sandblasted and then sprayed with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder finish. Electrostatic Powder Paint – All metal parts are first sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are then sprayed with pressurised air to open pores and clean the surface. After fabrication, metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. The parts then soak for 10 minutes in a 70 °C, 5 % degreasing bath, followed by a 15‑minute dip in a 50 °C, 1 % iron‑phosphate bath. After rinsing and drying, a final polyester‑based powder coating is applied outdoors and baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. All welds are fully painted after welding to prevent corrosion.
