Polyethylene Products – Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is a semi‑permeable, pliable, and very durable polymer, favored in industry for its low cost and high resistance. Polyethylene is classified into categories based on density and chemical properties. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching type. While properties vary, common traits include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used to make slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used to color polyethylene must have a light‑fastness value of 6 or higher. Wall thickness: material areas subjected to pressure and friction must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) thick; components not exposed to pressure, such as barriers and shade structures, require a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in). Material must be uniformly distributed to achieve consistent thickness. Wall thickness and dimensional tolerance are ±5 %. Carrier Construction – The carrier construction consists of steel tubes with a circular cross‑section, minimum 114 mm (4.5 in) diameter, minimum 2 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, formed by cold shaping in accordance with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, and welded using high‑frequency welding. Tubes are coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint applied after sandblasting. Electrostatic Powder Paint – All metal parts are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine bead material is then sprayed with compressed air to open pores and clean the metal. After fabrication, metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Subsequently, parts undergo a 10‑minute dip in a 70 °C, 5 % degreasing bath, followed by a 15‑minute dip in a 50 °C, 1 % iron bath. After rinsing and drying, the entire assembly is painted in a single coat and baked in a 180‑200 °C oven for 20‑30 minutes to ensure corrosion‑free welds.
