Wood sections cut with ± 2 mm (0.1 in) tolerance; dimensions tolerance ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Knots – up to four solid knots per piece, knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width; no rotten, split, partially split, or fallen knots. Cracks – no ring cracks; hair‑line cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated lumber may allow permissible end and length cracks within tolerance. Resin pockets – maximum one per piece, ≤ 10 cm (3.9 in) long; no leaking resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. No manufacturing defects; only the specified tolerances are allowed. Deflection – ≤ 1/50 of the part length. Impact – ≤ 1/100 of the part width. Twist – ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Bending to the grain – between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Wood Carriers: Carrier legs are pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), shaped with diamond‑point knives and decorative motifs. Seating Unit: Seat width 30 cm (11.8 in), length 140 cm (55.1 in), height 45 cm (17.7 in). Supporting parts made from pine lumber ≥ 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), also shaped with diamond‑point knives and decorative motifs. The seating unit is assembled from six slats (≥ 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and the backrest from four slats (≥ 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)), all fastened to the carrier with galvanized screws.
