(Upon request, an analysis report from an ISO 105 B02‑accredited laboratory can be provided regarding the pigment’s light fastness and scale.) The wall thickness of polyethylene parts must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) in areas subjected to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for components used solely as barriers or shade structures. The contractor must bring an ultrasonic thickness gauge capable of measuring to a minimum of 50 mm (2 in) during inspection. The gauge will be used to measure the wall thickness of plastic or metal parts, and any product not meeting the specified criteria will be rejected.
