(If required by the client, an analysis report from an ISO 105 B02‑accredited laboratory can be requested.) The wall thickness of the slide must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) at points exposed to pressure and friction, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for components not subject to pressure such as barriers or shade structures. The contractor must provide an ultrasonic thickness‑gauge capable of measuring up to 50 mm (2 in) during inspection; any parts that do not meet the specified criteria will be rejected.
