The rubber swing seat will be manufactured with dimensions 20 × 48 × 2.5 cm (7.9 x 18.9 x 1 in), with the top and side surfaces coated in rubber. To prevent injuries from impact, the swing seats feature top and side walls made of anti‑static RSS natural rubber compound with a hardness of –60 ± 5 Shore A, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum tensile strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², an elongation at break of 650‑700 % and a maximum wear of 100 mm (3.9 in)³. The material is injection‑molded and coated with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick layer of durable rubber suitable for natural environmental conditions.
