The construction is made from iron tube profiles measuring 24 × 70 × 5 cm (9.4 x 27.6 x 2 in), designed for both safety and aesthetics for children. For each stair, five 27 mm (1.1 in) diameter, 2.65 mm (0.1 in) wall‑thick tubes are formed according to T.S.E. standards to prevent corrosion from water and moisture. After welding the joints using gas‑shielded welding techniques, four stair steps coated with 3 mm (0.1 in) thick RSS natural rubber are mounted onto the frame at 29.5 cm (11.6 in) intervals with screws coated in 10–12 micron galvanization resistant to water, moisture and saltwater. Dimensions: 24 cm (9.4 in) × 70 cm (27.6 in) × 5 cm (2 in). Volume: 0.084 m (3.3 in)³. Weight: 5.80 kg (12.8 lb).
