The frame is built from a 20 × 40 mm (0.8 x 1.6 in) iron box profile with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm (0.1 in), forming a 100 × 100 mm (3.9 x 3.9 in) square. Inside the frame a standard flat bar of 2 mm (0.1 in) thickness is installed, coated with a static paint to prevent rust caused by water and moisture. The top and side walls of this platform are made from an anti‑static RSS natural rubber compound with a Shore A hardness of 60 ± 5, density of 1 g/cm³, minimum tensile strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², elongation at break of 650‑700 %, and a maximum wear resistance of 100 mm (3.9 in)³. The material is injection‑molded and covered with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick layer of durable rubber suitable for natural environmental conditions.
