A standard-sized flat bar, painted with a static‑resistant coating to prevent rust caused by water and moisture, is placed inside a 100 × 100 mm (3.9 x 3.9 in) frame constructed from an iron box profile measuring 20 × 40 mm (0.8 x 1.6 in) with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm (0.1 in). The top and side walls of this platform are made of an anti‑static RSS natural rubber compound, with a Shore A hardness of –60 ± 5, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum tensile strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², an elongation at break of 650‑700 %, and a maximum wear of 100 mm (3.9 in)³. They are injection‑molded and coated with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick layer of durable rubber suitable for natural outdoor conditions.
