The platform is constructed from a steel box profile with a 40 × 40 mm (1.6 x 1.6 in) cross‑section and 1.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, forming a hexagon that is reinforced with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick corner brace measuring 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) to increase strength. This hexagonal assembly is placed within a frame sized 1950 × 2000 mm (76.8 x 78.7 in), into which a standard‑size wire is installed and painted with a static‑resistant coating 2 mm (0.1 in) thick to prevent corrosion from water and moisture. The top and side walls are made from an anti‑static RSS natural rubber compound with a Shore A hardness of –60 + –5, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum tensile strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², an elongation at break of 650‑700 %, and a maximum wear resistance of 100 mm (3.9 in)³. The material is injection‑molded with a hot pattern and covered with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick layer of natural‑environment‑compatible, mechanically wear‑resistant rubber.
