A flat bar of standard dimensions, 2 mm (0.1 in) thick, coated with static paint to resist corrosion from water and moisture, will be installed within a frame measuring 1100 × 1100 mm (43.3 x 43.3 in), fabricated from steel tube profile measuring 20 × 40 mm (0.8 x 1.6 in) with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm (0.1 in). The top and side walls of this platform are made of anti‑static RSS natural rubber composite, featuring a Shore A hardness of –60 ± 5, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum tensile strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², an elongation at break of 650–700 %, and a maximum wear of 100 mm (3.9 in)³. The material is molded by injection and finished with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick layer of heat‑cured rubber suitable for natural environmental conditions.
