It is semi‑permeable, easily softened, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Based on density and chemical properties, polyethylene is classified into several categories. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching type. While properties vary, it generally provides good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, modest mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene components are used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, the masterbatch pigment used for coloring must have a lightfastness value of 6 or higher. The product’s wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) where the material is subjected to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barrier and shade structures that are not pressure‑loaded. Material distribution must be uniform, creating consistent thickness. Overall dimensional tolerance is ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating Process All metal parts are prepared by sandblasting to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating pores for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are sprayed with pressurized air to open additional pores before coating. After fabrication, metal components receive a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coat, then are cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Following that, components undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C, 5% concentration oil‑removal bath, then a 15‑minute, 50 °C, 1% concentration iron‑phosphate bath, rinse, and drying. The final coating is applied using a durable polyester‑based powder suitable for exterior environments and baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Weld seams are protected by applying a uniform coat after welding is complete. 53815 – New Generation Children’s Playground combines a central pine‑tree peak with nature‑themed design, encouraging physical fitness.
