Thickness must be uniform, with a dimensional tolerance of ±5 %. Electrostatic Powder Coating Process: All metal parts will be cleaned of oil, grease, and rust using a sandblasting technique that creates microscopic pores for better paint adhesion. Fine steel shot will be sprayed with pressurized air to open these pores and remove contaminants. After rinsing and drying, the components will receive a durable polyester powder coat applied outdoors, then baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Welding seams will be fully protected by painting the entire assembled unit after welding.
