It is a semi‑permeable, pliable, and highly durable polymer that, because of its low cost and high resistance, is widely preferred in industry. Polyethylene density and chemical properties determine its classification into various categories. Its mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching type. Although properties vary by type, general characteristics include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used in the production of slides, stairs, handrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring polyethylene must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. The material’s edge thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) where the product is subjected to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barrier and shading components not exposed to pressure. The material should be evenly distributed to achieve uniform thickness. Product edge thickness and dimensional tolerance are ±5 %. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal components will be sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads will be propelled with compressed air into the pores to further prepare the surface. After fabrication, metal parts will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Subsequently, parts will undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C, 5 % degreasing bath, followed by a 15‑minute, 50 °C, 1 % iron bath. After rinsing and drying, the components will receive a durable polyester‑based powder coating applied outdoors and baked at 180–200 °C for 20–30 minutes. Weld seams will be fully painted after welding to prevent corrosion. Product Overview (ID 53855 – Next Generation Playground): The system features a modern, eye‑catching design that encourages physical activity. The central element is a tower with three suspended rings that children can climb upward. From the tower, three branches extend in different directions, creating ample play space. Children can reach the floating tunnel bridge climber by navigating the swinging parallel bar climber. Alternatively, younger children can climb laterally along the net climber to access the curved climber with hole inserts that fit small feet. At the end of each branch, a stepped bridge leads to an upper rotating element positioned parallel to the horse‑swing, offering an exciting ride. The horse slide’s narrow shape provides a rewarding sensation as children descend.
