It is semi‑permeable, flexible and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, which makes it popular in industry. Depending on density and chemical characteristics, it is classified into several categories. Its mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure and branching type. Although properties vary, it generally exhibits good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used to manufacture slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent colour fading, masterbatch pigments used for colouring polyethylene must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. The wall thickness of components exposed to pressure and friction must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in); parts that are not load‑bearing, such as barriers and shading elements, require a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in). Material distribution must be uniform, and thickness tolerance is ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coat Process All metal parts will be sandblasted to remove oil, grime, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. A fine‑ball slurry will be sprayed with compressed air to open micro‑pores and clean the metal. After manufacturing, metal components will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coat and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Subsequent cleaning steps include a 10‑minute, 70 °C, 5 % degreasing bath followed by a 15‑minute, 50 °C, 1 % iron‑phosphate bath, rinsing and drying. The final coating is applied with a durable polyester powder coat, baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Weld seams will be fully covered to prevent corrosion. Product Overview Model 53870 – New Generation Playground, featuring a central “Pine Tree Peak” that blends nature contact with an engaging play structure. The design encourages physical fitness, muscle development, agility, coordination, and overall skill improvement. Children will practice navigating the equipment smoothly, moving from one activity to another without stopping or touching the ground, turning them into playground champions.
