Product Technical Features Usage Area: 1168 × 1089 cm (460 x 429 in) Safety Area: 1172 × 1093 cm (461 x 430 in) Age Group: 3‑12 years Capacity: 7‑10 people Slide Count: 1 unit The plastic components are made from LLDPE (Linear Low‑Density Polyethylene) using rotational molding. All metal tubes are galvanized and conform to GB/T 13793‑2008, with a wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in). All platforms are fabricated from 2 mm (0.1 in) thick galvanized sheet steel, also complying with GB/T 13793‑2008. The structure is finished with polyester resin; the dry film thickness is kept between 50‑70 µm. Adhesion testing is carried out with cross‑scanned cutting tools according to ASTM‑D‑3359. Galvanized, stainless‑steel, Allen‑head, button‑head Allen bolts and nuts, nylon lock nuts, and PVC bolt caps are used throughout. All open ends are sealed with GI/PVC caps for user safety. It is a semi‑permeable, pliable, and highly durable polymer offering low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching. While properties vary by grade, common characteristics include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used for slides, stairs, railing, barriers, accessories, roofing, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Wall thickness of load‑bearing components must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in); non‑load‑bearing barriers and shade structures require a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in). Material distribution should be uniform, and overall thickness tolerance is ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal parts are prepared by grit blasting to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. After cleaning, a fine steel‑ball feed is sprayed with pressurized air to open microscopic pores. Metal components are then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Following fabrication, parts undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C, 5 % degreasing bath, then a 15‑minute, 50 °C, 1 % iron‑phosphate dip. After rinsing and drying, the components receive a final polyester powder coating applied outdoors, baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Weld seams are fully masked and the entire unit is painted in one continuous coat after welding to prevent corrosion.
