It is a semi‑permeable, easily softened and highly durable polymer; thanks to its low cost and high resistance it is widely preferred in industry. Polyethylene is classified into categories based on density and chemical properties. Its mechanical characteristics depend on molecular weight, crystal structure and branching type. While properties vary by type, common traits include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used to manufacture slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent colour fading, masterbatch pigments used for colouring polyethylene must have a light‑fastness rating of 6 or higher. The product’s wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for areas subjected to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shading components not subjected to pressure. Material distribution should be uniform to achieve consistent thickness. Dimensional tolerance for thickness and measurements is ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal components will be sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface that improves paint adhesion. Fine steel beads will be sprayed with compressed air to open pores and clean the metal surface before coating. After fabrication, metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic powder and baked in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Following fabrication, all metal parts will be rinsed in a 70 °C, 5 % oil‑removal bath for 10 minutes, then immersed in a 50 °C, 1 % iron bath for 15 minutes, followed by rinsing and drying. The components will then be coated with a durable polyester‑based powder suitable for outdoor use and cured in a 180‑200 °C oven for 20‑30 minutes. Welds will be protected from corrosion by painting the entire assembled product after welding. The Next Generation Kids Playground, featuring a central pine‑tree hill, blends natural elements with an engaging play structure that encourages physical fitness. All activities promote healthy muscle development, agility, coordination, and other skills. Children will practice navigating the structure, moving effortlessly from one activity to another without touching the ground, turning them into confident play‑area explorers.
