It is a semi-permeable, pliable, and highly durable polymer whose low cost and high resistance make it popular in industry. Polyethylene is classified by density and chemical properties. Its mechanical characteristics depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. Although properties vary by type, it generally offers good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used to manufacture slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch dyes used for coloring polyethylene must have a light fastness rating of 6 or higher. The material thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for areas subjected to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shading elements not exposed to pressure. Material distribution must be uniform, and thickness tolerance is ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal components will be prepared by sandblasting to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating porous surfaces for better paint adhesion. Fine steel shot will be propelled with compressed air to open micro‑pores and clean the metal surfaces. After fabrication, metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Following fabrication, metal parts will be rinsed in a 10‑minute 70 °C bath with 5% degreaser, then immersed for 15 minutes in a 50 °C bath with 1% iron solution. After rinsing and drying, the components will receive a durable outdoor polyester powder coating applied in a 180‑200 °C oven for 20‑30 minutes. All welds will be fully painted after welding to prevent corrosion. Product Overview The Next Generation Playground is an active entertainment course for children. Its center features three rock climbing sections that add a classic rock‑climbing experience to unconventional obstacles. For those who prefer rope structures, there is a Net Climber and a Spring Rope Climber. Balance and coordination challenges include two S‑Balance Bridges, a Zig‑Zag Bridge, a Challenging Bridge, an Inclined Bridge, a Gravel Path, and a series of inclined asymmetric bars. Children who just want to around can use both a Gravel Stone with an Upper Rotator and a Fixed Rotator. Additionally, a unique saddle slide offers a different sliding experience. All of these exciting obstacles are connected in a single composite structure, allowing children to move from one activity to the next without slowing down.
