The product measures 350 mm (13.8 in) in diameter and 570 mm (22.4 in) in height. 2. The outer frame is made of laminated iron strips 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, with two connecting rings 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 3 mm (0.1 in) thick. 3. The top and bottom parts are formed by folding 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strips into legs and are riveted to two 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) upper and lower connecting rings. 4. The outer shell is constructed by wrapping twenty‑one 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) laminated boards around the perimeter and securing them with wooden screws from the outside. 5. To accommodate the inner bin, a minimum 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) folded element is riveted to the lower inner ring. 6. After metal work is completed, oil and rust are removed and the parts are prepared for painting by a furnace‑heat treatment. Metal components are washed in a phosphate bath, rinsed with clean water and rested for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. 7. Painting Method: After furnace treatment, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C. 8. The wood material is first‑grade, kiln‑dried spruce/pine. 9. Recycling bins help protect the environment; plastic waste can take up to 1,000 years to decompose. These bins support nature. Available in different colors.
