The product has a 350 mm (13.8 in) diameter and 570 mm (22.4 in) height. 2. The support leg is made from a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile, with a base plate of 140x140x50 mm (5.5 x 5.5 x 2 in) welded to the bottom of the tube profile. 3. The outer side is made by wrapping 20 slats measuring 40x20x510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) around the circumference of 30×50 mm (1.2 x 2 in) circularly bent strips and fastening them with wooden screws. 4. The inner bin is 500 mm (19.7 in) high and 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, fabricated from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized steel sheet. 5. The inner bin’s top will have a metal lid made from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet steel with a Ø12 cm (4.7 in) opening for disposing waste. 6. To mount the inner bin, a minimum 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strip will be welded to the lower inner frame. 7. The support leg and the bin will be connected with two slat metal pieces measuring 10x40x40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 x 1.6 in). 8. After metal work is finished, oil and rust will be removed and the parts will be prepared for painting by furnace treatment. Parts washed in a phosphating tank are rinsed with clear water and rested for 10‑15 minutes, then the metal surface is cleaned. 9. Painting Method: After furnace treatment, components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C. 10. The wood material will be first‑grade, pressure‑treated pine / fir.
