The product has a diameter of 350 mm (13.8 in) and a height of 570 mm (22.4 in). 2. The supporting leg is formed from a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile, with a base plate welded to the lower part of the tube profile measuring 140x140x50 mm (5.5 x 5.5 x 2 in). 3. The outer side is made by wrapping 20 slats measuring 40x20x510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) around the circumference, with 30×50 mm (1.2 x 2 in) strips bent into circles and secured with wooden screws from the outside. 4. The inner bin is 500 mm (19.7 in) high and 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, manufactured from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized sheet metal. 5. A metal lid, also made from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet metal, sits on the top of the inner bin and features a Ø12 cm (4.7 in) opening for disposing waste. 6. To install the inner bin, a minimum 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strip will be welded to the lower inner frame. 7. The supporting leg and the bin are connected with two slat bars measuring 10x40x40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 x 1.6 in). 8. After metal work is completed, oil and rust are removed and the part is prepared for painting by a baking process. Metal components washed in a phosphating tank are rinsed with clean water and rested for 10‑15 minutes before surface cleaning. 9. Painting Method: After baking, components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C. 10. The wood material will be first‑grade, resin‑impregnated spruce/pine.
