Product Features Width: 37 cm (14.6 in) Height: 70 cm (27.6 in) Bin Diameter: 29 cm (11.4 in) Bin Height: 51 cm (20.1 in) 1. The product is 370 mm (14.6 in) in diameter and 700 mm (27.6 in) tall. 2. The outer case carrier slats are 700 mm (27.6 in) tall, 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, with fastening rings 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 3 mm (0.1 in) thick. 3. The lower parts are 60 × 40 mm (2.4 x 1.6 in) long, 0.5 cm (0.2 in) thick, bent to form a foot. 4. The inner bin is 510 mm (20.1 in) high and 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, made from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized sheet. 5. The outer side is manufactured by wrapping 21 pieces of 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) slat boards around the circumference and securing them with wooden screws from the outside. 6. To install the inner bin, the lower inner ring will be welded to create a minimum 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) foot. 7. After completing work on the metal components, oil and rust are removed and the parts are prepared for painting by furnace treatment. The metal parts are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clean water, and rested for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. 8. Painting Method: After furnace treatment, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and baked at 180–200 °C to complete the painting process. 9. The wood material is first‑class painted spruce.
