Product Features: - The vertical (axial) seesaw will be designed for a maximum free‑fall height of 1250 mm (49.2 in). - The seat’s maximum angle will be 20°. When measured in the balanced position, the seat height from the ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). - Footrests may be added depending on the design, but they must be designed to prevent foot pinching. - The seesaw seats will be manufactured from rubber material with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb). Electrostatic Powder Coating and Sandblasting: All metal components will be subjected to sandblasting according to the standards listed below for surface cleaning prior to painting. The sandblasting process increases paint adhesion to the metal surface and eliminates unwanted defects such as rust, oil, and weld spatter. After sandblasting, the parts will be washed and dried in a phosphate bath, then coated with a polyester‑based powder paint in an electrostatic system that prevents the metal from heating by the sun. The coating will be cured in an oven at a minimum of 200–220 °C for 10 minutes to complete the painting process. Paint, Screws, Nuts and Washers: All screws, washers, and nuts used in the play system will be galvanized. No protruding nuts or screws will be present on any part of the play set.
