Product Features Seating Area: 250 x 150 cm (98.4 x 59.1 in), height 50 cm (19.7 in) Safety Area: 400 x 200 cm (157 x 78.7 in) Product Features - The vertical (axial) seesaw is designed so that the maximum free‑fall height is 1250 mm (49.2 in). - The seat’s maximum inclination will be 20°. When measured in the balanced position, the seat height from the ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). - Foot‑rest platforms may be added as needed, but they must be designed to prevent foot compression. - The seesaw seats will be fabricated from polyethylene with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb). Electrostatic Powder Coating and Sandblasting - All metal components will undergo sandblasting in accordance with the standards listed below before painting. (Sandblasting enhances paint adhesion to metal by projecting steel grit onto the surface, removing rust, oil, weld spatter and other unwanted defects.) - After washing and drying the sandblasted parts in a phosphating bath, they will be coated with a polyester‑based powder paint that prevents metal heating in the electrostatic system, then cured in an oven at 200‑220 °C for 10 minutes. Fasteners - Screws, pins and nuts used in the play system will be galvanized. No protruding screw heads or nuts will be present anywhere on the play set.
