Product Features: - Height: 50 cm (19.7 in) - Diameter: 664 cm (261 in) - Safety Area: 964 cm (380 in) diameter - User Age: 6–12 years - Support: The support is a 139.8 mm (5.5 in) steel tube coated with polyester powder for the main support. - Climbing Ropes: Six 16 mm (0.6 in) diameter polyamide (nylon) ropes with UV protection and fire‑retardant treatment. Each rope consists of six strands wrapped around a core reinforced with 24 steel strengthening wires, totaling 144 steel reinforcement wires. The ends feature finished aluminum sleeves attached to a galvanized steel wear‑resistant rod and a connector loop. Edge ropes contain a robust core of steel cables for a total of 168 steel reinforcement wires. - Connection Balls: Single solid aluminum balls, compressed to withstand a force of 150,000 lb (667 kN), preventing movement of the connection form and premature rope wear. - Zip Surface: 13 mm (0.5 in) thick rubber pad reinforced with fabric, fitted with two‑piece bolted aluminum connectors that include drainage holes to reduce rope wear. - Base Connection Elements: All fastening components for component attachments are stainless steel. - Mounting Plates: Made of galvanized steel. Corner anchors provide multiple connection points for adjustable tensioning and attachment of a safety rope. Mid‑post anchors consist of a securing post and an anchor ring that fixes the assembly to concrete. This two‑piece mounting system allows precise positioning of the post during installation, simplifying the process. - Anchor Bolts: The mounting plates are secured to concrete with “L”‑shaped anchor bolts 22 mm (0.9 in) in diameter and 500 mm (19.7 in) long.
