The product measures 440 mm (17.3 in) in width and 900 mm (35.4 in) in height. It consists of a bin and a carrier base. 2. The bin section is 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, 500 mm (19.7 in) tall and made from sheet metal with a thickness of 0.75 mm (0 in). A window in the bin body will be opened by hydraulic press molding. The top of the bin includes a metal lid made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal. 3. The carrier foot section is formed by bending an Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile and welding two vertical Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profiles, each 90 cm (35.4 in) long, together. 4. The bin and legs are fastened together with galvanized screws. 5. The bin can be emptied by rotating the legs 360°. 6. After the metal components are finished, they will be cleaned of oil and rust and prepared for painting by a furnace treatment. The components are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clean water, and then allowed to rest for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. 7. Painting Process: After furnace treatment, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C to complete the painting.
