The product measures 350 mm (13.8 in) in diameter and 570 mm (22.4 in) in height. 2. The lower and upper parts are formed by bending 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strips to create legs, which are then welded to 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) connector rings. 3. The outer shell is made by wrapping 22 wooden slats (40 × 20 × 510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in)) around the upper and lower connector rings and fastening them with wood screws from the inside. 4. The front surface of the wooden slats (40 × 20 × 510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in)) includes an open compartment measuring 200 × 100 mm (7.9 x 3.9 in). 5. The inner bin is 500 mm (19.7 in) high with a 290 mm (11.4 in) diameter and is fabricated from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized sheet metal. 6. A metal lid, also made from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet metal, sits on the inner bin and features a 12 cm (4.7 in) opening for discarding waste. 7. The inner bin is mounted by welding a minimum 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strip to the lower inner ring to create a supporting leg. 8. After metal work is completed, oil and rust are removed and the metal is prepared for painting through a furnace‑curing process; the components are washed in a phosphate bath, rinsed with clean water, and rested for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. 9. Painting Method: After furnace curing, the parts are coated with electrostatic powder paint and baked at 180–200 °C to complete the finish. 10. The wooden material is first‑grade, kiln‑dried spruce/pine.
