The product has a diameter of 350 mm (13.8 in) and a height of 570 mm (22.4 in). 2. The outer frame carrier slats are iron rods 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 5 mm (0.2 in) thick; there are two fastening rings 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 3 mm (0.1 in) thick. 3. The lower and upper parts are formed by folding 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strips into legs, which are crimped onto two 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) upper and lower fastening rings. 4. The outer side is made by wrapping twenty‑one 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) slatted boards around the frame and securing them with wooden screws from the outside. 5. The top of the inner compartment includes a metal lid made from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet metal; one half will serve as an ashtray and the other half provides an opening for trash disposal. 6. To install the inner compartment, it is mounted by crimping onto the lower inner ring with a minimum 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) fold. 7. After metal work is completed, oil and rust are removed and the part is prepared for painting by furnace curing. Metal components are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clean water, and rested for 10‑15 minutes before surface cleaning. 8. Painting Method: After furnace curing, components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and baked at 180‑200 °C to complete the finish. 9. The wood material is first‑grade, kiln‑dried spruce/pine.
