The unit measures 700×740 mm (27.6 x 29.1 in) in width and 570 mm (22.4 in) in height. 2. The outer frame carriers are laminated steel bars 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 5 mm (0.2 in) thick; the connecting brackets are 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 3 mm (0.1 in) thick. 3. The lower and upper parts are formed by bending 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strips to create feet, which are welded to the lower and upper connectors. 4. The outer shell is constructed by wrapping 52 laminated boards (40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in)) around the perimeter and fastening them with screws from the outside. 5. The interior bins are 500 mm (19.7 in) tall with a 320 mm (12.6 in) diameter, fabricated from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized sheet metal; three units are provided, each finished in colors suitable for their intended use. 6. Each interior bin is topped with a metal cover made from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet metal, featuring a 12 cm (4.7 in) opening for waste disposal. 7. After metal work is completed, surface oil and rust are removed and the parts are prepared for painting through a furnace curing process. Components are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clean water, and rested for 10‑15 minutes before surface cleaning. 8. Painting Method: Following furnace treatment, parts are coated with electrostatic powder paint and baked at 180‑200 °C to complete the finish. 9. The wooden material is first‑grade, kiln‑dried pine/fir.
