Seating Area: 300 x 600 cm (118 x 236 in) Roof Area: 370 x 670 cm (146 x 264 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood qualities include: - Knots: Each meter may contain up to four solid knots. The total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks. Hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated wood may show permissible head‑ and length‑wise cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: Each meter may contain one resin pocket not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or active resin will be present. No inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects, only allowed tolerances. - Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Bending: Bending will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Support legs will be made from nine pieces of 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timber machined with diamond‑tip special knives to add a motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof’s supporting beams will be fabricated from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each beam will be routed to create the shape. The top of the beams will be fastened with weather‑proof cladding or fiber material. Optionally, the roof may be covered with an American shingle known as “shingle”. The front board (eave board) will be made from 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) timber with diamond‑tip motifs, attached to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. Roof trusses consist of 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. The underside will be covered with weather‑proof cladding. Horizontal trusses of 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) will be placed every 50 cm (19.7 in). One side of the roof will be extended for shade. The longer side will be covered down to the floor with weather‑proof cladding. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the main‑support‑to‑roof connections. Lower Panels (Guardrails): The lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, all edges sanded and edged with diamond‑tip knives. Frames will be mounted to the main supports with specially galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber shaped with diamond‑tip knives and mounted with galvanized screws. Three 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wooden posts will be used. Anchoring: A flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, a plate (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will be drilled with two anchor holes, and each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Anchors will be fastened with screws to the legs and to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and secures the legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded to the flange on at least two sides using a 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld. Six special screws will be inserted per leg for the anchor connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Seating group is not included.
