Electrostatic Powder Coating Process: After sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphate washing, the metal parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 µm. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by compressed air inside a pressure‑resistant cabin. After coating, the parts are baked in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes to cure the paint.
