Electrostatic powder coating details Electrostatic powder coating process: after sandblasting, degreasing and phosphate washing, drying, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint at a thickness of 80‑110 microns. Sandblasting removes oil, grime and rust, creating a surface profile for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by projecting fine metal beads with compressed air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After sandblasting, all metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes.
