A galvanized, welded chain of standard size is used. The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly durable against weather conditions. The unit itself weighs approximately 9–10 kg (22 lb); with the chain the total weight is about 14 kg (30.9 lb). Mounting brackets and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Paint: Electrostatic Powder Coating – our products are manufactured in‑house with color options available. Electrostatic powder coating process: after sandblasting, degreasing, phosphating wash, and drying, the metal components are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80–110 microns. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust, creating a textured surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by compressed air inside a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After sandblasting, the metal parts are coated with the powder and then cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes.
