The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑resistant. Can support up to 100 kg (220 lb). Connection clamps and hanging hardware are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete ground. PAINT – ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING The products are manufactured in‑house and are available in various colors. ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING PROCESS: After sandblasting, oil removal, and phosphated washing and drying, the metal parts must be coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 microns. The sandblasting method will remove oil, dirt, and rust that could prevent painting, create a porous surface, and improve paint adhesion. The sandblasting process uses fine metal beads packed in a pressure‑resistant chamber that are propelled by compressed air. After sandblasting, all metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked in a furnace at a temperature of at least 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the paint process.
