Standard‑sized galvanized welded chain is used. The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑proof. Supports loads up to 100 kg (220 lb). Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Paint: Electrostatic Powder Oven Paint Products are manufactured in‑house and are available in various colors. Sandblasting and Electrostatic Powder Oven Paint Features Electrostatic powder‑coat process: after sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphate washing, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint at a thickness of 80‑110 microns. The sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust from all metal components, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads with pressurized air inside a pressure‑resistant chamber. After sandblasting, the metal components are coated with the polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the coating process.
