Uses a standard-size galvanized welded chain. The swing chain is corrosion-resistant and highly durable against weather conditions. Mounting clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Paint: Electrostatic Powder Coating All products are manufactured in-house with color options available. Coating Process: The electrostatic powder coating procedure includes sandblasting, degreasing, phosphate washing, drying, followed by application of a lead-free polyester-based powder to a thickness of 80-110 µm. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust from all metal parts, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by pressurized air inside a pressure-rated chamber. After sandblasting, the metal components are coated with the polyester powder and then baked in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the finish.
