The bin is fabricated from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal, with a diameter of 290 mm (11.4 in) and a height of 500 mm (19.7 in). A window in the bin body is formed by hydraulic press molding, and a metal lid made of 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet steel covers the top. The supporting leg is created by bending a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile and welding two vertical Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube sections, each 90 cm (35.4 in) long, together. The bin and leg are joined with galvanized screws, and the bin can be emptied by rotating the leg a full 360°. The metal trash bins feature an aesthetic appearance, are environmentally compatible, and can be produced in custom dimensions on request. All metal components are painted with an electrostatic powder coating after the furnace curing process. Ideal for outdoor use, these bins are essential components of urban furniture and are suited for parks, gardens, rest areas, residential and community grounds, hospitals, factories, schools, and other public spaces.
