Technical Specification Figure Technical Features: A material with high chemical resistance. Low density. Low friction coefficient, making it a slippery material. Water or moisture absorption is near zero. The cutting board can be used especially in industrial kitchens and as butcher chopping blocks. This material also has weldability. Compared to polypropene and PVC, it is softer and less rigid. The characteristic of polyethylene (HDPE) is its molecular weight. It can be grouped into three categories: low molecular weight, high molecular weight, and ultra high molecular weight (PE 300, PE 500, PE 1000). Particularly PE 1000 has superior wear resistance. Provides excellent resistance when working with metals due to friction. Spring: Made from 4–6 wire helical coiled 60SiCr8 steel material. Minimum Ø18mm (0.7 in) +/-1mm (0 in) material diameter, Ø150mm (5.9 in) +/-10mm (0.4 in) outer diameter. During steel spring deflection, the gap between two points is at least about 15mm (0.6 in). The spring deflection capability is up to 30 degrees relative to the tangent surface (to prevent overturning).
