Seating Area: 150 x 250 cm (59.1 x 98.4 in) Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Metal Features: All metal components for fabrication will be painted by furnace curing with a polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profile dimensions will be manufactured to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) per the project. To remove oil, dirt, and rust and to ensure proper paint adhesion, the metal parts will be prepared with a phosphating process to create pores for painting. After fabrication, the metal components will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material used will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and wood dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Wood specifications include: knots – up to four solid knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width; no rot, split, partially healed, or fallen knots; no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present; permissible head and foot cracks per pressure‑treated specifications within tolerance limits; resin pockets – up to one per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); no leaking or pulling resin; no inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes; manufacturing defects are limited to specified tolerances. Deflection – not exceeding 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks – not exceeding 1/100 of the piece width; twist – not exceeding 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; bow – tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length; sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Four support legs, each at least 60 × 60 mm (2.4 x 2.4 in), will be made from electrostatically powder‑cured metal profile. Leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof carriers will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑cured metal profile. Laths on the profiles will be 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, milled at both ends, and attached with galvanized screws to wooden, laminated, or fiber material. The front board will use wooden laths of at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), cut with special diamond‑tipped knives, and mounted to the roof laths with galvanized screws. All fixed connections will use special galvanized screws. Seating Units: Two opposing seating units, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 150 cm (59.1 in) long, and 75 cm (29.5 in) high. Seating supports will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑cured metal profile. Each seating unit will be equipped with eight wooden laths minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) for the seat and eight wooden laths minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in) for the back, attached with galvanized screws to the metal supports. Table: The table measures 80 × 150 cm (31.5 x 59.1 in), crafted from wooden laths minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) with an oval motif cut by a pressure‑treated, diamond‑tipped special knife. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high, made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑cured metal profile. Anchoring: Flange plates of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will have a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) weld on the underside; two anchor holes of 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) will be drilled, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes of 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) will be drilled on each plate. Anchors will be bolted to the supports and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and ensuring stable foot placement. Picnic gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness on a minimum of two sides. Six special screws will be installed on each foot for the anchor connection, and two doweled screws per foot for ground attachment. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating and furnace cured.
