Seating area: 150 × 500 cm (59.1 x 197 in). Height: 250 cm (98.4 in). Wood specifications: Constructed from first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections are fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). The material must meet the following criteria: - Knots: up to four sound knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the component width. No rot, split, partially fused, or fallen knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permitted, as are pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: No more than one pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin, no internal shell, decay cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only the specified tolerances apply. - Bending: Deflection shall not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: Impact marks shall not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: Twist shall not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Edge bending: Allowed between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces are sanded smooth to remove splinters. Main supports: Seven 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine beams, cut with diamond‑tipped knives and decorative motifs, serve as the primary supports. Support leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: Roof bearing slats are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber, with two corners routed to shape. Additional decorative slats, also 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and cut with diamond‑tipped knives, are mounted on the bearing slats. All permanent connections use specially galvanized wood screws. Seating unit: Seven L‑shaped legs (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) are attached—one side to the main support, the other to the seating slat—using special galvanized screws. Three rows of decorative 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) slats, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives, are fastened to the L‑legs with galvanized screws.
