Seating Area: 180 x 300 cm (70.9 x 118 in) Height: 280 cm (110 in) Metal Features: All metal parts for manufacture will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating and baked. Metal tube profile dimensions will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required. Prior to painting, the metal will be cleaned of oil, dirt and rust, and a phosphating process will be applied to create a porous surface for optimal paint adhesion. After fabrication, the metal components will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood will be first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be manufactured with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Allowed wood characteristics per meter include: up to four solid knots, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width; no rot, defects, partially fused or fallen knots; no ring cracks, only fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)); permissible pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance; resin pockets no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in), at most one per meter; no leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot holes, insect boreholes, or manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Bending may not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks may not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist may not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Flexural tolerance between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary Supports: Four support legs, each min. 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), will be fabricated from electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. Leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Upper Panels: Guard rails are 35 cm (13.8 in) wide. Rail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and made from hardwood with beveled edges, fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs will be produced as separate components and mounted with galvanized screws. Roof: Roof supports are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Laths are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) hardwood, milled at both ends, and covered with wood veneer, fiber board, or similar material, then attached with large‑head nails. The roof will be finished with shingle (American cedar) and a zinc‑coated membrane, both secured with large‑head nails. The fascia board will be min. 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) hardwood with decorative diamond‑cut motifs, attached with galvanized screws. All fixed connections use special galvanized screws. Lower Support: The lower support for the covered picnic table is made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. It will be bolted to the table and bench frames with galvanized screws. Seating Units: Two opposite seating units, each 40 cm (15.7 in) deep, 180 cm (70.9 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Their frames are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Each unit includes six wooden slats (min. 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) for the seat and six slats (min. 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in)) for the back, all fastened with galvanized screws. Table: The tabletop measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is made from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) hardwood slats with decorative diamond‑cut motifs. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchoring: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) with weld‑on plates (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will be drilled for anchor bolts (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) and three 6 mm (0.2 in) holes per plate. Anchors will be secured with screws and steel dowels to the ground, preventing water contact and ensuring stability. Gazebo anchors will be welded on at least two sides with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead. Each foot will receive six dedicated screws for anchoring to the posts and two dowel screws to the ground. All metal components will be powder‑coated and baked.
