Seating Area: 180 × 295 cm (70.9 x 116 in). Height: 280 cm (110 in). Metal Features: All metal components used in manufacturing will be painted by furnace curing with polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in) as required by the project. To ensure optimal paint adhesion, the metal parts will be cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, then treated with a phosphating process that creates micro‑pores on the surface. After fabrication, the metal components will receive a polyester‑based electrostatic coating and be baked in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be produced with a tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Wood specifications include: - Knots: up to four solid knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Any pressure‑treated cracks must be within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: a single resin pocket per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No leaking or pulling resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. - Bending: flexure will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Saw kerf: deviation will be between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary Supports: Four support legs, each 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), will be made from electrostatically powder‑coated metal profile. The leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof supports will be fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profile. Laths made of 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood will be attached to the profiles, with both ends machined for shape. The laths will be fastened with wood screws to a wooden shear‑layer, fiber material, or laminated board, then covered with zinc‑coated nails and shingle roofing (American cedar shingles). The eave board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative wood laths secured with galvanized special screws. All fixed connections will use galvanized fasteners. Lower Support: The lower support frame for the covered picnic table will be made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profile. This frame will be bolted to the table and bench frames with galvanized screws. Upper Panels: The upper rail width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Rail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides with diamond‑tipped tools and fitted with galvanized wood screws to the main supports. Decorative separators are also fabricated and attached with galvanized screws. Seating Unit: Two opposing seating units provide a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). Seat frame components are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profile. Each unit includes six minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wood slats for the seat and six matching wood slats for the back, all fastened with galvanized screws. Table: The tabletop measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is made from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wood slats shaped with pressure‑treated, diamond‑tipped tools. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and constructed from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profile. Anchoring: Flange plates (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded with 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) pads; two anchor holes will be drilled into each 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be added to each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be installed with screws into the base of the support legs and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with moisture and ensuring stable foot mounting. Picnic gazebo anchors will be welded to flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead on both sides. Each anchor leg will receive six special screws; each ground connection will receive two dowel screws. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating and baked.
