Seating area: 145 × 180 cm (57.1 x 70.9 in); height: 80 cm (31.5 in). Metal specifications: All metal components for production will be painted by furnace‑curing with polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Prior to painting, oils, grime and rust will be removed and a phosphating process will be applied to create micro‑pores for optimal paint adhesion. After fabrication, the metal parts will receive polyester‑based electrostatic coating and be cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood specifications: The wood material to be used is first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include: knots (up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width), no rot, defects, or split knots. No ring cracks; fine cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑impregnation may produce head and body cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, one per meter, without drips or pulls. No inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only deviations within specified tolerances are permitted. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the part length; dents will not exceed 1/100 of the part width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Deflection under load will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces will be sanded clean of burrs. Metal carriers: Carrier legs will be manufactured from electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating unit: The seating unit has a width of 30 cm (11.8 in), length of 145 cm (57.1 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). Its carrier sections are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. The seating unit will be mounted with six galvanized screws attaching 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats to metal profiles. Table: The table measures 63 × 145 cm (24.8 x 57.1 in) and is fabricated from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats processed with impregnated diamond‑tipped special blades to create an oval motif. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles.
