Seating Area: 300 x 300 cm (118 x 118 in) Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Wood Specifications: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: knots – each linear meter may contain up to four solid knots, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the overall width. No rot, decay, partially fused or missing knots are allowed. Cracks – no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible, as are pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – at most one per linear meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not acceptable; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. Deflection – not to exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact marks not to exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twisting – no more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per linear meter. Blade deflection – tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: The main supports of the pergola are made from four pieces of 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timber, cut with diamond‑tipped special knives that add a motif. Support leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof support slats are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, with two corners routed to shape. On top of these slats, 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in) diamond‑tipped, motif‑stamped slats are installed. All fixed connections use special galvanized wood screws.
