Seating Area: 300 x 900 cm (118 x 354 in) Roof Area: 370 x 970 cm (146 x 382 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood specifications include: - Knots: Each meter may contain up to four solid knots. The total width of knots will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused, or fallen knots are permitted. - Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are allowed. Pressure‑treated cracks may be present within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: At most one resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin, no inner core, no rot cavities, and no insect holes. - Manufacturing defects: None, only deviations within the specified tolerances. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact deflection will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Bowing: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Anchoring: Two flange plates (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the bottom of the supporting legs, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) weld on each. Two 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates will be drilled with two anchor holes each, and each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be mounted to the legs with screws and to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet to cover at least two sides of each leg. Special screws (six per leg) will connect the anchors to the leg uprights, and two doweled screws per leg will secure the anchors to the floor. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating in a furnace. Seating group is not included.
