Seating Area: 170 x 170 cm (66.9 x 66.9 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) • Metal Specifications: All metal components for manufacturing will be painted by oven‑curing with a polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To ensure good paint adhesion, the metal parts will be cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust and then prepared with a phosphating process that creates pores for coating. After fabrication, the metal components will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder and then cured in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. • Wood Specifications: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include: knots – up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the overall piece width; no rotten, split, or fallen knots. No ring cracks; fine hair‑line cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated lumber may show permissible head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, with at most one per meter, and no leaking or pulling resin. No inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only tolerances may cause minor deviations. Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Bending will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. • Metal Supports: Support legs will be made from metal profiles painted with electrostatic powder coating, minimum size 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). • Seating Units: Four seating units, each 22 cm (8.7 in) wide, 100 cm (39.4 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Seating support parts will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seating unit will be mounted with eight galvanized screws attaching 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats to metal profiles. • Table: The table measures 100 × 100 cm (39.4 x 39.4 in), crafted from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats with a diamond‑shaped, impregnated, specially cut blade motif. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high, made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles.
