Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To remove oil, dirt, and rust that could interfere with painting, the metal surfaces will be prepared with a phosphating process that creates micro‑pores for better paint adhesion. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes to complete the coating process. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria per meter: up to four sound knots, with total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the overall piece width. No rotten, split, or fallen knots; no ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permitted, as are pressure‑treated head‑ and side‑cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, only one per meter, and must be free of drips, pulls, inner shells, rot, insect holes, or other defects. No manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Deflection shall not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact shall not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist shall not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Bow deflection shall be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from a minimum 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Seating Unit: The seating units have a seat width of 30 cm (11.8 in), length 140 cm (55.1 in), and seat height 45 cm (17.7 in). Their support parts will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seating unit will be mounted with eight minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden dowels fastened to the metal profiles with special galvanized screws. Table: The tabletop measures 72 × 140 cm (28.3 x 55.1 in) and is made from minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats, shaped with a diamond‑tipped, pressure‑treated cutter to create an oval motif. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles.
