Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required by the project. To ensure good paint adhesion, metal surfaces will be cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, then phosphated to create a porous surface before painting. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include: - Knots: up to four solid knots per meter, total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width; no rot, split, or missing knots. - No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. - Pressure‑treated cracks within specification tolerances. - Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, one per meter; no leaking resin. - No inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; deviations are limited to the specified tolerances. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the part length; impact will not exceed 1/100 of the part width; twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; deflection tolerance between 1/50 and 1/100 of part length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Unit: Seating width 30 cm (11.8 in), length 140 cm (55.1 in), seat height 45 cm (17.7 in). Support members for the seating unit will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. The seating unit will be mounted with eight 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden dowels secured to the metal profiles using special galvanized screws. Table: The tabletop measures 72 × 140 cm (28.3 x 55.1 in) and is made from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden dowels with a diamond‑shaped, beveled edge pattern. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles.
